You know, I’ve had a lot of new patients this week and they’ve all been saying the same thing that they’ve suffered on and off for years. They’ve gone to chiropractors and they get good results, but they always stop going once they feel better. They never took the time to actually fix the underlying root cause of the problem.
And now when they come into me years later, they are suffering more than they ever did before, and I’m showing them that they actually need to fix the problem before it gets even worse. Going to a chiropractor can be very similar to going to a gym to workout. In other words, you don’t go to the gym or do any exercise to get into shape and just do it temporarily.
And expect it to be a permanent fix. You don’t want do, don’t change your diet because you wanna lose weight and get healthy and just do it temporarily if you want a permanent solution. Well, a chiropractic is the same when we’re dealing with the spine and nervous system. If you really wanna fix the underlying problem and you want to be the healthiest you can be and be able to do all of the things you need to and wanna do in life.
You need a healthy nervous system to do it. So if you’ve suffered on and off, you’ve gone to chiropractors and it’s worked for you well, it maybe you just need to be more consistent because anything in life that is worth doing, we need to do it consistently throughout our life. Health is a journey. There is not a destination, there is no finish line.
We have to keep doing the things that work for us if we want to stay healthy. And chiropractic should be part of that. Think about it.
