 I wanted you to think of your spine as your suit of armor. It’s your lifeline. In fact

your spine protects your spinal cord

which is part of your central nervous system

just like your skull protects your brain. Remember your brain and spinal cord are one continuous system. Now sometimes through traumas

bad habits

or a combination of both you can twist or tweak your spine

causing a chink in your suit of armor.

Chiropractors refer to this twisting and tweaking of the spine as a subluxation. or biomechanics joint dysfunction. More on this in upcoming videos. If we hurt our spine

we can hurt the neurology and nerve roots exiting the spine

which will result in a loss of function in whatever organ or body part that nerve travels to and controls.

Essentially the end organ or muscle will not function at 100%
