You know, there are really only a few
reasons we get sick. And the two main
reasons are is we’re deficient in things
that we need or we’re toxic in those
things that we shouldn’t have. So, as we
go into the uh what’s known as the cold
and flu season, just remember it’s just
about being deficient and toxic. So,
what are we deficient in? Well, we’re
deficient in sunlight, movement,
exercise. We’re usually deficient in
certain uh specific nutrients because
well to be honest we just don’t eat as
well as we should and we also have a lot
more sugar and processed foods during
this time. So I’m going to give you
three things that you can do that will
actually improve your immune system and
help you be healthier and feel better
throughout the winter months. Number
one, consistent chiropractic
adjustments. Because the truth is there
are many studies that show that people
that get consistent adjustments actually
have improved immunity and they have
increased specific biomarkers or immune
biomarkers in their bloodstream. The
other thing you want to make sure you’re
getting enough of is vitamin D. And also
when you’re getting enough vitamin D3,
make sure you’re whatever taking
whatever D3 you’re taking, make sure it
has K2 in it and it will help the avail
the bioavailability that your body
needs. The the other nutrient that you
need to make sure of you got to have
enough vitamin C. Now there not all
vitamin C’s are created equal. In fact,
many vitamin C’s are synthetic. If you
look at the back, it’ll say ascorbic
acid. What you want is a whole food
vitamin C, meaning they’ve taken the
vitamin C from nature and it then we can
use it better. So, if you do those three
things throughout the winter, I promise
you that you’re going to be happier,
healthier, and enjoy the winter like
